Everywhere,
individuals and organizations alike
sense there is something greater,
something more they can be, do, accomplish.
Far too many are not creating
and living their dreams.
Deep down
they know they are not
fulfilling their potential.
Their personal and collective frustration,
their pain, is visible. They have lost touch
with who they really are, with the full meaning
of their lives, with their purpose for being.
While a few may share these thoughts and feelings directly,
it is not difficult to see their desire to find meaning - a higher purpose,
a higher expression.
We can see it in their eyes 
and recognize it
in their stories.
Like so many others,
I have stood in that place,
at the entryway
to this journey.
Undoubtedly, that makes
the frustration, the hope,
and the compelling desire,
more apparent, more tangible to me.
Not surprisingly, as a hard-headed, vastly imperfect perfectionist,
I came to this place by trial, and much error,
banging into walls the wrong way,
until, at long last, I gave up, acknowledged my way was not working,
and opened myself to listen and to be led.
You must be - embody and experience - the change
you wish to see in the world.
Then, we are able to speak out of our experience and our spirit,
because we embody the lessons. Certainly, though, I do not claim
to have all the answers; I, too, am a seeker, a fellow traveler
on this creative journey.
But I have traveled The Way,
and guided many other fellow Visionaries across the globe
to find their own - to map their new trajectory,
with clarity, with joy, with their own Signature Genius.
You cannot teach people anything.
You can only help them discover it
within themselves.

that the only true creative answers
come from within - we discover
and create them for ourselves.
And yet, we all have the power to live into our full potential,
express our unique creations, and share with others
our creative contributions.
It starts with honoring the spark of GENIUS within yourself,

you hold within your heart and soul.
And with taking the first step -
your Best Next Step into realizing that Vision.

The hard things are the easiest things to avoid.
To excuse away. To pretend like they don’t apply to you.
